Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Amarachiamans, we hope that we have met your expectations with your order and won’t have to return or exchange any product. However, if there be a need our returns and exchange policy is available below.

Orders | Pre-Orders | Made - to - Order Exchanges

We do not offer a refunds policy at this time but we do in fact offer an exchange policy for any faulty or damaged products on our part this also includes a size exchange.  We understand the right size may not always be chosen for this reason we offer an exchange policy. Exchanges must be within the first 7 days of the delivered product for UK customers and 14 days for international customers.

 

Currently, all sales are final for the 'Fuego' Midi Dress

We would hope for every garment to fit you perfectly, so please refer to the size chart on the product page for accurate sizing according to your needs.

Inspection


You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are in "as expected" condition. In the event, they are not in a satisfactory condition, please send an email to info@amarachiamans.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information regarding your order. This should include order information, contact details and problem description with additional photographic proof.

Shipping Errors or Faulty Products


We are committed to selling only high-quality products and making sure our customers are satisfied. We ensure several quality checks before a product is dispatched. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free exchange.

Standard Exchange Process

 

Products are accepted for exchange if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 7 days from when you received it.

  1. Send an email to info@amarachiamans.com stating the full product name as on the site.

  2. Please provide us with a description of the product issue and a picture of any damages/faults.

  3. Once we have received your request we will then issue you with the return address for the garment to be sent to.

  4. Once we have received your item we will send the replacement out to you.

  5. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that have been washed, worn or altered in any way and has had tags removed.

  6. The product is to be returned in all original outer and internal packaging including the ziplock bags, and be free from all kinds of stains.

Note: Please try on all clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume altering the garments original state or any makeup stains.

Please note Amarachiamans does not cover any exchange return costs, but we will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping only your new replacement garment.

Please keep hold of proof for all postage documents as Amarachiamans will not be liable for any lost items during the transit of returning them back to the address we've provided.
