Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

You will be charged for Pre-orders and Made to Order pieces when you place the order.

Pre-Orders will be processed and dispatched 2 weeks after each garments launched date.

New orders -  Will be processed within 1 - 3 working days and then dispatched via the postage you have chosen.

Next Day delivery -  Make sure you order by 12pm as orders are processed the same day up until midday, excluding weekends.  

Once dispatched your order will arrive within a further 1 - 3 business days for Uk customers, for customers outside Uk please see below.

Delivery Information

The estimated delivery time depends on the country region. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale seasons.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom:
From 1 - 3 business days

Standard  £4

Express  £5

Deliveries to Europe:

From 3 - 5 business days 

Standard  £15

​

Deliveries to USA:

From 5 - 6 business days 

Standard  £25

​

Deliveries to the Rest of the World:

From 5 - 6 business days

Processing Guidelines

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Once the order has been placed you will not be able to change or amend your delivery details, product sizes or product colour.

 

If by any circumstance you would need to cancel your order before it has been processed to be dispatched please email us instantly, as this will not be possible once the item has been shipped.

Custom Fees

Custom fees are out of our control they will vary depending on the weight and size of the product. We are not liable for any customs clearance fees once the parcel has reached the country the order will be delivered to. The fees must be paid before the border control of your country will now dispatch your order.

Please note: Britain has now left the EU, meaning any orders placed for countries within the EU will incur additional customs duties as the same applies.

COVID-19

Please Note: Due to COVID-19, we do not have control over delays that may occur during transit. If delays do occur during your parcels journey, please do allow extra time for receiving your product.
